From a garage to a production floor.

One Off Industries started in 2017 in a garage, built on a simple combination: a passion for firearms and hands-on experience in the industry. After working two jobs in the firearms world and developing a love for the craft, we became certified Cerakote applicators and started taking on coating work one project at a time.

That garage operation grew into a full production shop — and we kept adding capability. What began as Cerakote finishing expanded into laser engraving, then into full CNC machining, until we became something rare in this industry: a single source that can machine, coat, and mark a part without it ever leaving the building.

WHAT WE RUN

Our floor is built for production. We run Haas VF-2 and VF-3 vertical machining centers, a Haas ST-20Y lathe, and a Mori Seiki SH-400 pallet-changing horizontal machining center — backed by multiple Cerakote booths/ovens as well as two fiber lasers for marking and engraving. It's real capacity for real production volume, not a hobby setup taking on overflow.

We're an FFL 07 / 02 SOT manufacturer, production-focused and set up to serve firearms manufacturers, defense contractors, and industrial OEMs. Everything happens under one roof — machining, coating, and marking — which means faster turnaround, tighter control, and one point of accountability from raw stock to finished part.
